The SAND BANK VIEW VILLAS are located in the Kiwengwa area on the east coast of Zanzibar, characterized by the largest beach on the island: a white sandy shoreline 8 km long and 20 to 200 meters wide (depending on the tide). The movement of the tides, to which the area is subject, gives a constantly changing landscape. This natural wonder will allow you to swim and after a few hours, in the same spot, walk on a white beach.
Kairo, the place on which the complex will be built, is the center of Kiwengwa; fully immersed in a typical local village where relaxation and tranquility are the way of life, but still from just a short walk from the main hotels, resorts and restaurants on the coast.
The Villas are completely independent villas, each with private garden and swimming pool. They are built within the new Residential Complex The Park Village, which extends from one of Zanzibar’s main roads, connecting the north of the island to the capital Stone Town, to the beachfront, and then to the Indian Ocean, in one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful spots as it overlooks a stretch of sand that emerges at low tide.
