NCT-1 Apartments are located in Kairo, in the centre of the Kiwenga area on the east coast of Zanzibar, where 01.24 has already implemented several projects. The area is characterised by the longest beach on the island, an 8 km long strip of sand, whose changing landscape is created by the movement of the tides, to which the area is subject. The area is completely immersed in a typical local village where relaxation and tranquillity dominate, yet a short walk from the main hotels, resorts and restaurants on the coast.

They are located within the new residential complex The Park Village, which stretches from one of Zanzibar’s main roads to the oceanfront in one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful spots, overlooking a shoreline that only emerges at low tide. It will be a private complex, guarded 24 hours a day by special guards who will allow entry only and exclusively to the owners of the units.
